Our Principal Psychotherapist Sacha has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Hons), an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Art Therapy, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, and is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Art Therapy
With over 15 years professional experience, Sacha is also very experienced in working with our First Nation’s Peoples and working in Indigenous Communities in a culturally safe manner
Sacha also specialises in grief and bereavement therapy, trauma-informed care, and therapeutic crisis intervention.

We believe art therapy is an integrative mental health and human services profession that enriches the lives of individuals, families, and communities through active artmaking, creative process, applied psychological theory, and human experience within a psychotherapeutic relationship.
We believe the recognition and incorporation of evidenced-based neuroscientific concepts into creative arts therapeutic knowledge and practice are valuable and advantageous for the purpose of integration and professional development.
We believe insights from the field of neuroscience coincide with the nature, conceptualisation, goals, and methods of Creative Arts Therapies, enabling comprehensive understandings of the clinical landscape from a translational perspective.
